Diamond Distillery 27 Year Old White Cat is a Demerara rum from Guyana, distilled in 1996 and bottled in 2023. It is aged for 27 years in oak casks and bottled at 53.3% in a 700 ml bottle, from cask number 3, with 167 bottles produced.
The nose has tropical fruits, spices and oak, with vanilla. The palate brings sweet vanilla, ripe banana, pineapple, peach, cinnamon and nutmeg.
