Galaad À la Table des Chefs is a Breton single malt from Distillerie la Mine d'Or, in a 70cl bottle at 46.4% abv. It was devised and blended at the end of summer 2022 with a selection of members of À la Table des Chefs, an association founded in 1990 that represents some of the finest restaurants in Brittany.
The whisky was brewed, distilled and aged in French oak casks, then reduced with Brocéliande water and blended in Brittany.
