Doble V Whisky (70cl, 40%)

Doble V is a Spanish whisky from Bodegas Osborne, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It is bright and luminous, a golden straw colour with fine reddish rims. The nose is light but intense, balancing vanilla, toasted oak and ripe caramelised apple. On the palate, lightly smoky notes mix with a soft sweetness, leading to a warm finish with some persistence.
