Domaine des Hautes Glaces – Vulson White Rhino Rye (70cl, 41%)

White Rhino Rye is a 100% rye spirit from the Vulson range, made from organic rye farmed and distilled by Domaine des Hautes Glaces in the French Alps. It is bottled at 41% in a 70cl bottle. Vulson is the name of the man who built, in the early seventeenth century, the house that now holds the distillery. The nose brings plum, pear and lychee with juniper and mimosa. The palate is sweet malted rye over dried fruit, pink berries, pepper and cloves, soft, long and balanced.
