Vilanova Terrocita is a peated single malt from the Castan distillery in the Tarn, France, in a 70cl bottle at 46% ABV.
It is made from malted barley dried over peat and aged in French oak casks that previously held white wine.
Candied fruit and expressive peat lead, followed by a soft, malty palate that carries on into smoke, spice and a fresh, vegetal note.
