Domaine des Hautes Glaces Secale is a four-year-old organic rye from France, a single cask edition from 2012. Its name comes from the Latin word for rye. The whisky was matured in a white wine cask. This edition uses rye from the Les Gabert climat, grown organically. It was bottled at natural strength, without chill-filtration or additives, and is limited to 321 bottles.
