Bellevoye Purple Finition Prune

Bellevoye Purple Finition Prune is a French whisky made from a blend of three single malts, aged in oak barrels for three to eight years. It was then finished for six months in old plum casks. The nose is led by yellow and white fruit, with plum alongside mirabelle, apricot, peach and pear. The palate is fleshy and slightly acidic, recalling freshly picked plums, and the finish is long, with almonds and stewed fruit.
