Bellevoye Fine Grain Finish

Bellevoye Fine Grain Finish is a French whisky blended from three single malts, from the north, east and south-west of France. Each spent three to eight years in French oak at its own distillery. After blending, the whisky is aged for a further nine to twelve months in new French oak casks that the makers heat themselves, in cellars near Cognac. The nose brings cereals, sweet spices, honey and white flowers. The palate is round and balanced, with yellow fruit, cooked apple and gingerbread. The finish is long and fresh.
