Bellevoye Peated Edition

Bellevoye Peated Edition is a French whisky that blends single malts from three different distilleries, including some peated whisky. It comes from the founders Jean and Alexandre, who set out to make a great French whisky. The nose has a hint of peat smoke with dried fruit, caramel, allspice and ginger. Fresh berries and tree fruits lead on the palate, with touches of peat smoke, subtle spice and a little honey in the background. The finish is long, balancing fruit and spice.
