Double A – Appreciation & Atonement Texas Straight Bourbon 6 Year Old (75cl, 51.5%)

Double A "Appreciation & Atonement" is a six-year-old Texas straight bourbon, bottled at 51.5% ABV (103 proof) in a 750ml bottle. The mash bill is Texas corn, Saskatchewan rye and North Dakota malted barley. It is triple-distilled on a Vendome pot still, matured in hand-selected charred new American white oak barrels, and cut with reverse-osmosis Texas limestone water. The nose is spicy caramel, the palate butterscotch and vanilla, and the finish carries hints of orange peel and leather.
