Double A is a Texas straight bourbon bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV) in a 75cl bottle. The mash is made from Texas corn, Saskatchewan rye and North Dakota malted barley.
It is triple-distilled on a Vendome pot still and cut with reverse-osmosis Texas limestone water, then matured in hand-selected charred new American white oak barrels.
The nose is balanced sweet spice. The palate is smooth from front to back, with caramel and vanilla, and the finish carries hints of leather and tobacco.
