It marries Speyside single malts matured entirely in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks.
The nose shows chocolate and mocha with allspice. The palate is classic Speyside in character, with dark chocolate, zesty orange and more mocha. The finish is long, with macerated dark fruits and spice from the sherry wood.
