Drumshanbo Single Pot Still is an Irish whiskey in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 43%.
The mash combines malted barley, unmalted green barley and Irish Barra oats, distilled together in a traditional pot still. The whiskey then spends five years maturing in ex-bourbon casks and Oloroso sherry casks. It comes from The Shed distillery, founded in December 2014 in the town of Drumshanbo.
It is described as smooth, creamy, spicy and full-bodied.
