Drumshanbo Single Pot Whiskey Pinot Noir is an Irish single pot still whiskey in a 70cl bottle.
It is matured in casks that previously held Pinot Noir wine from the Burgundy region of France. The whiskey takes on influences from both the French oak and the wine, set alongside the character of the Irish pot still spirit.
Its flavour is described as complex, developing from the nose through to the finish.
