Duncan Taylor Dalmunach 2016/2025 Pedro Ximenez Fairytale Series (70cl, 55.2%)

This Dalmunach was distilled in 2016 and bottled in 2025 by Duncan Taylor, at 55.2% in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in a Pedro Ximenez cask and belongs to the Fairytale Series, where it is called 'The Witch'. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour. Its character is dark, sweet and gently bitter, with dark fruit, deep sweetness, slightly dry accents and a spicy structure. It is a sherry-influenced single malt that is intense rather than delicate.
