DYC is a Spanish whisky from Destilerías y Crianza del Whisky, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It has a golden straw colour.
The nose is clean, with spiced fruit and toasted wood. On the palate there are notes of peat and spice, and the texture is soft and creamy.
The aftertaste is smoky and peppery.
