DYC (1L, 40%)

DYC is a Spanish whisky in a 1 litre bottle, bottled at 40% ABV. It comes from Destilerías y Crianza del Whisky and is pale golden in the glass. The nose is clean, with spiced fruit and toasted wood. On the palate there are notes of peat and spice, soft and creamy in texture. The finish is smoky and peppery.
