Eden Mill Single Malt - Bourbon Cask (70cl, 46%)

A single malt from Eden Mill in the Lowlands, matured entirely in American oak bourbon casks. It is one of the distillery's two core bottlings and its first to be matured solely in bourbon casks. Bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle, without chill-filtration, with colour coming only from the cask. Vanilla and honey on the nose, with oats, light oak spice and a hint of cinnamon. The palate has creamy vanilla fudge, clear cereal notes and a delicate rose blossom, with pepper and fine oak against the sweetness. Vanilla and a fine floral rose note remain in the finish.
