Eden Mill – Single Malt First Bottling

A single malt Scotch from Eden Mill, the first whisky produced in St Andrews for over 150 years. It is the distillery's inaugural release. The whisky has matured in a combination of French virgin oak, US virgin oak and Pedro Ximenez casks. Eden Mill stands on the Eden Estuary, just outside St Andrews, on a site once run by the Haig family. The plan to make a first malt whisky took shape in 2014, when it became Scotland's first combined brewing and distilling complex.
