Eden Mill – St Andrews 2020 Release

This is a 2020 release of Eden Mill St Andrews single malt Scotch, produced in a run of 800 bottles. Eden Mill began in 2012 as Eden Brewery, opened by former Molson Coors sales director Paul Miller. It stands on the site of an old paper mill beside the Seggie distillery, which the Haig family had opened and run in the 1800s. The distillery mainly makes malt whisky and keeps output to just eight barrel-fillings a week.
