Eden Mill – St Andrews 2021 Cask Strength Release (70cl, 60.7%)

This is the Cask Strength Edition of the Eden Mill St Andrews Single Malt 2021 release, bottled at 60.7% ABV in a 70cl bottle. Only 200 bottles were produced. Eden Mill began in 2012 as Eden Brewery, opened by former Molson Coors sales director Paul Miller on the site of an old paper mill beside the Seggie distillery, which the Haig family had run in the 1800s. Production is kept to eight barrel-fillings a week.
