Edinburgh Gin Elderflower & Gooseberry is a flavoured gin built on the brand's classic gin, infused after distillation with elderflower and gooseberry. It is bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. Elderflower leads, bringing a light floral sweetness, while the gooseberry adds a tangy, slightly tart brightness that keeps it from turning cloying. Juniper and herbal botanicals sit quietly underneath. It works in a gin and tonic with a twist of lemon or lime, or with mint, and in lighter drinks such as gin and soda or gin and lemonade. The finish is crisp and refreshing, with a clean, dry note.
