Rhubarb and Ginger is a flavoured gin from Edinburgh Gin, bottled at 40% and 70cl. Rhubarb gives it a light, soft pink colour and a tangy, fruity character, while ginger adds a warming, spicy edge. Juniper and other botanicals form the smooth base beneath. On the nose there is sweet, tangy rhubarb with a hint of ginger spice. The palate opens with gentle rhubarb sweetness, then a bold, warming ginger that lingers, with a subtle citrus note keeping the sweetness in check. The finish is long and smooth, led by ginger warmth.
