Edinburgh Gin The Classic Gin (70cl, 41.5%)

Edinburgh Gin The Classic is a London dry style gin and the base expression from Edinburgh Gin. It is bottled at 41.5% in a 70cl bottle. Juniper forms the core, joined by a broader range of botanicals including pine buds, citrus peel, lavender or heather, mulberries and other herbs, many of them local to Scotland. It suits those who prefer a traditional, balanced gin with juniper, herbal and citrus character. It works in a gin and tonic, a martini or cocktails without overpowering mixers.
