Edinburgh Gin Raspberry Gin (70cl, 40%)

Edinburgh Gin Raspberry Gin is a flavoured gin that sets a juniper-led gin base against the sweet, tart fruit of raspberries. It is bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle. Infusing the raspberries gives the gin a light pink colour. The sweetness of the fruit is balanced by herbal and floral botanicals, including juniper, citrus peel and angelica root. On the nose it is fresh raspberry with floral hints. The palate is sweet and tangy fruit over a rounded gin base with subtle citrus and herbal notes, and the finish is clean, slightly tart and refreshing.
