This is a ten-year-old Highland single malt from Edradour, matured in bourbon casks and bottled in September 2023 for the IBISCO decanter series. It is presented in a decanter and was limited to 1,745 bottles.
Edradour is often associated with a heavily sherried style, but this bourbon cask release shows a softer side of the distillery.
It is described as having creamy vanilla sweetness, honeyed malt and orchard fruits, with gentle oak spice alongside.
