This is a 10 year old Highland single malt from Edradour, bottled independently by Signatory Vintage for its Un-Chillfiltered Collection. It was distilled in 2016 and bottled in September 2026. The whisky was matured in a single sherry butt, bringing the distillery's full-bodied, malty spirit together with the fruit and spice of sherry-seasoned oak. Being un-chillfiltered, it keeps its texture and depth. Tasting notes mention dried fruits, dark chocolate, roasted nuts and warming spice, alongside sweet malt and orchard fruit.
