This is Edradour 10 Year Old, a single malt bottled at 40% ABV. Edradour is a traditional farm distillery, and this whisky is handmade there.
The distillery's methods have stayed virtually unchanged for the last 150 years, and it is only just able to produce commercial quantities. In a year it makes as much whisky as most distilleries make in a week.
The whisky is aged in a combination of Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks.
