This is Edradour 10 Year Old, a Highland single malt in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV, bottled in the 1990s. It was the only official Edradour release for several years, before Signatory Vintage bought the distillery from Pernod Ricard in 2002. Batches in that decade were small and the quality of the bottlings varied. The best of them are described as sweet, biscuity and fruity Highland malts, with touches of wax and spices.
