Edradour – 10 Year Old (70cl, 40%)

Edradour 10 Year Old is a Highland single malt matured in a combination of Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks. The distillery works on a small scale, producing in a year about as much whisky as most distilleries make in a week. Its production methods have stayed largely unchanged over the last 150 years, and the whisky is made in small batches.
