This is Edradour 11 Year Old, a Highland single malt distilled in August 2014 and bottled in January 2026 at 46%. It belongs to the 200th Anniversary series.
The whisky matured in first fill Pedro Ximénez sherry butts. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
The nose offers raisins, dates, chocolate and fine oak spice. On the palate it is full and velvety, with dried fruit, caramel, spices and a rounded sherry sweetness. The finish is long and warm.
