A single malt from Edradour, one of Scotland's smallest distilleries, matured for 11 years and bottled in 2025 at 48.2% in a 70cl bottle. The spirit went into two first-fill casks that previously held red wine from the Italian winery St. Michael-Eppan. Red fruit and baking spice run through the flavour, and it is smooth for its strength.
