Edradour 11 Year Old 2015 Pinot Grigio Michael Eppan is a Highland single malt distilled in 2015 and bottled in 2026. It was matured in first-fill Pinot Grigio hogsheads from the St. Michael-Eppan winery in Alto Adige, Italy.
The white wine casks bring a fresher, more delicate side to Edradour's malty, rich spirit than sherry or red wine casks would.
It is described as showing bright orchard fruit, citrus, white flowers and gentle mineral notes over sweet malt and vanilla, with pear, lemon and white peach, and a rich texture.
