A 2012 single malt from Edradour, bottled from cask number 301 at 48% ABV. Edradour stands in Perthshire in the Scottish Highlands and is known as the smallest distillery in Scotland. It opened in 1825, when a group of local farmers founded it, and it still makes its single malt by hand.
