Edradour Caledonia 12 Year Old is a Highlands single malt from Edradour Distillery, in a 70cl bottle at 46% vol. It is non-chill-filtered and without added colouring.
The nose is sweet, creamy and honeyed, with dried figs and dates, soft sherry and dry oak. On the palate come sherry notes, wild berries, honey, caramel and roasted almonds. The finish is spicy and dry, with cocoa powder.
