Edradour Caledonia 12 Year Old is a Highland single malt, named after the song "Caledonia" by Dougie Maclean. It is bottled unfiltered at 46% in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky matured first in bourbon casks, then spent 5 years finishing in an Oloroso sherry cask.
The nose is fairly sweet, with dried fruit, sherry and oak. The palate offers red and dark berries, sweet honey, caramel and roasted nuts. The finish is long and spicy, with a trace of cocoa.
