Eigashima – Blended Sherry Cask Finish

Eigashima Blended Sherry Cask Finish is a Japanese blended whisky from the Akashi White Oak distillery. It is made from the distillery's own single malt together with imported grain whisky. The blend was matured in bourbon barrels and then finished in sherry barrels. This bottling was produced before the Japanese whisky labelling standards were introduced in February 2021. It is described as smooth, with plenty of oak, rich fruits and a range of spices.
