El Bocoy de José Páez is a 12+1 year old Spanish whisky from Bodegas Dios Baco, in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV.
On the nose it is sweet, with toffee and popcorn, a slight nuttiness and fresh green apples. The palate brings green apples again, along with grass, soft oak and a touch of sweet liquorice. A drop of water brings out linseed oil and almonds.
