El Dorado Single Still Versailles 2009 is an aged rum distilled in a wooden pot still named Versailles, dating from the early nineteenth century. It then aged for twelve years in ex-bourbon casks. The palate shows intense chocolate, contrasting with a soft finish with light cigar notes. It is bottled at 40% vol.
