El Dorado The Last Casks Diamond Coffey Tri Canada 1998 is an aged rum distilled in a Tri Canada redistillation still, under the supervision of former Master Distiller George Robinson. It rested for twenty-four years in ex-bourbon casks and is bottled cask strength, with no colouring, artificial flavouring or reduction. The nose shows banana and orange, with honey sweetness and almonds. The palate is gourmand, with dried fruit, liquorice and chocolate. The finish is soft and soothing, with green apple.
