Elijah Craig – Small Batch

Elijah Craig Small Batch is a Kentucky straight bourbon and the signature expression of the Elijah Craig brand. Its warm spice and subtle smoke come from barrels of new oak charred to Level 3. The brand is named for Elijah Craig, who in 1789 became the first distiller to age whiskey in new charred oak barrels, and who became known as the Father of Bourbon. Tasting notes describe honeycomb, fresh cedar, marmalade and cardamom, then baked apples, cinnamon, honey and cookie dough, ending with nutmeg and charred oak.
