Elixir Trails Chichibu 2014 IPA Cask Finish

This is a single cask Chichibu, distilled in 2014 and bottled in 2025 after an IPA cask finish. It is cask 11044, with 240 bottles in the release, issued under the Elixir Trails label. Chichibu began production in 2008 and was the first Japanese whisky distillery to open since 1973. Ichiro Akuto has kept a hands-on approach, with a cooperage on site and output of just 90,000 litres a year.
