Tiger Man is a straight Tennessee whiskey from the Elvis Whiskey range, launched in 2021 under licence from Elvis Presley Enterprises. It is bottled at 45% ABV in a 70cl bottle after two years in the cask.
The mash bill is 80% corn, 10% rye and 10% malted barley. The label carries a photograph of Elvis and his signature, and the letters TCB on the neck stand for 'Taking Care of Business'.
The nose is sweet corn, vanilla cream, baked apple, nutmeg and toasted oak. The palate is buttery, with maple syrup, pear, brown sugar and caramel. The finish brings vanilla, maple and candied orange peel, with dry oak that is not sharp.
