Evan Williams – Single Barrel (70cl, 43.3%)

Evan Williams Single Barrel is a Kentucky straight bourbon in a 70cl bottle at 43.3% ABV. Each bottle comes from a single barrel, hand-selected by the distillers against the specifications they have set, in the way vintage wines are chosen. The label carries the vintage date the bourbon went into oak, the year it was bottled and the barrel number. It is described as the only vintage-dated single barrel bourbon on the market.
