Evan Williams Single Barrel is a Bourbon in a 70cl bottle, drawn from a single barrel. The distillers hand-select each barrel against specifications they have set, in the way vintage wines are chosen.
Each bottle is marked with the vintage date the Bourbon went into oak, the year it was bottled and the number of the barrel it came from.
