Moon is the Dailuaine in Fable Chapter Three, a 12 year old single malt bottled at 57.8% in a 70cl bottle. It comes from a Speyside distillery on the edge of the village of Aberlour, whose name means Green Valley. Dailuaine's house style is bold, with a mix of sweet and savoury character that gives depth and complexity. On the nose there is green apple and buttered burnt toast, with grassy, nutty and softly spicy notes. The palate brings vanilla, sweetness and toasted malt, with fruit strudel and baked apples over a thick, creamy texture. The finish holds sweet red apples, honey, cereal and vanilla.
