The nose brings apples and citrus with a hint of toffee and a gentle, elegant malt sweetness. The palate has plenty of ripe, slightly tart apple and full malt, with a faint touch of white pepper that gives way to vanilla and malt. The finish is lightly dry with malt and floral notes, rounded off by malty sweetness.
