A white wine from Tenuta Manoylo with a bright straw-yellow colour and greenish reflections. The nose is reserved but fresh, with white-fleshed fruit, peach, pear, citrus notes and light floral hints.
On the palate it is slender, with lively acidity supporting the fruit and a savoury sensation that lengthens the finish. The finish is clean and of moderate length.
It pairs with fish, shellfish, light soups, vegetable starters and fresh soft cheeses, and is best served fresh at 8-10 °C.
