A white wine from Marche made from Passerina. It shows a pale straw colour, with delicate white-fleshed fruit, citrus peel and light floral notes on the nose. The palate is fresh with balanced acidity, a light to medium structure and a restrained texture that favours drinkability. The finish is clean and dry, inviting immediate drinking. Serve chilled, around 8-10 C, in not too wide glasses. It suits aperitifs, simple fish dishes, shellfish, salads and fresh cheeses.
