A pale, clear and bright rosé from Tenuta Manoylo. It shows delicate aromas of small red fruits and field flowers, kept subtle and unobtrusive. On the palate it is fresh and easy-drinking, with good sapidity and a clean finish that invites another sip. Suited to an aperitif or light dishes such as salads, delicate cured meats, grilled fish and vegetable dishes, served cool around 10-12 °C in a wide glass.
